1.Performance of the rock drill SWDH102S
1)High efficiency
SWDH102S is used for drilling hard and medium hard (f10 and above) rocks, with a drilling diameter range 76-115mm and a maximum drilling depth of 24m. It has strong rock crushing ability, fast drilling speed, low operating cost, energy saving and environmental protection.
2) System matching optimization, low operating cost.
Equipped with Cum mins engine, optimize the best power matching of the engine, tair compressor and the hydraulic system. The engine works in the best fuel consumption zone with low energy consumption. The comprehensive fuel consumption is about 20-25L/h.
The impact power of the rock drill is 21KW, the rotary torque reaches 883Nm. At the same time, it is equipped with a reverse impact and rock adaptive system, which can identify interlayers, caves, cracks, soft rocks, hard rocks and other rock formations encountered during drilling. Prevent drill rod from getting stuck and prolong the service life of the drill rod.
3)Strong off-road ability
It equips the high-torque travel motor, with two-speed travel mode, large ground clearance, stronger gradeability and faster transition speed.
The floating chassis is adopted, the machine body can leveling on uneven ground. and it can fully meet the walking and construction on complex terrain such as mines and rough working surfaces.
