1. Chassis
HB52K truck-mounted concrete boom pump is equipped with original SINOTRUCK 3-axle chassis of Euro III emission standard. Designed according to heavy duty off-road chassis, it is applicable to complex road surface of construction sites.
2. Structural parts
2.1 Placing boom
It adopts parameterized model building and computer simulation optimization for boom design, realizing lightweight and ensuring all positions that have force applied to in optimal state. The boom adopts external linkage structure for connection, with high stability, small vibration, simple structure and long service life. And it adopts RZ-type folding way, with boom structural layout compact, boom unfolding easily and placing range wide and flexible. Its placing height can reach 51.5m.
2.2 Turret
The turret is plate-type box-type structure, adopting high- strength structural steel. The upper is connected with placing boom and the lower with base structure through slewing bearing. It can realize ±270°swing.
2.3 Base structure
The base structure is board frame box-type structure, adopting high- strength structural steel, with the upper connected with slewing bearing and the rear connected with sub-frame; the front and rear outriggers and their swing cylinder are articulated on the base structure.
2.4 Outrigger
The front outriggers are Arc-type 1-level telescoping type, the rear ones swing type. The cross-section is box type reinforced structure.
2.5 Sub-frame
The sub-frame rear section has catwalks, the middle is connected with core pump water tank and the rear with core pump hopper and upper/lower and left/right pedals; the car-body and sub-frame are connected through connecting pieces. The connecting pieces are welded with subframe and connected with car-body with high-strength bolts.
2.6 Hopper
It is new-type mould pressing hopper, with pumping resistance small and suction efficiency high.
2.7 Delivery pipe
The passageway for concrete pumping is cast in high wear-resistance material. With the inner surface high-frequency quenched, it has a service life of 30,000m3.
3. Electric System
The machine is equipped with color display, which can dynamically display various working parameters and make real-time record of various working histories and the functions of fault warning and automatic cut-off.
The electric system is equipped with HBC remote controller, easy for carrying and operating. It can realize remote control of multiple functions and increase convenience of operation; meanwhile it has the industry's unique step-less remote control of pumping operation.
4.Automatic Lubrication System
The imported progressive lubrication system can give grease to each key lubrication point from point to point, by time and ration. The vehicle has a self maintenance mechanism for longer service life.
With the unique automatic oil filling system in the industry, just gently press down the button and grease can automatically be injected. It not only facilitates maintenance, but also avoids secondary pollution caused by manual filling and reduces lubricating system seizing-up.
The lubrication point: S pipe, agitating device, pumping cylinder.
